I am just writing to advise you of an outstanding local business I have had the fortune to discover Noble Park Brake and Clutch.
Being a single woman, I had been overcharged for repairs many times by various local mechanics. I was feeling very apprehensive when the brakes went on my car, and looked in the local phone book for a repairer close to home. I found noble park Brake and Clutch and gave them a call. They were very friendly and they asked if I could bring the car down for a check up. I did and they found the problem, showed me the parts that were required and then repaired my car after I gave the go ahead.
I was charged a very resonable price and had great service from a team of professionals.
The next week I reveived a thank you card in the mail for allowing Noble Park Brake and Clutch to repair my car. This was such a thoughtul act on their behalf. I felt that they had appreciated my business.
I have been back several times for various car troubles, as they do all types of mechanical repairs, and everytime David, Leisa and the team do everything to assist me. They even arranged for me to have my car towed when it was not driveable, and provided me with a vehicle to use whilst they repaired my car.
In this day and age it is very refreshing to find a business that puts the customer first, when some other places find it hard to even say thank you for your business. Not only do you get great service, but also the repairs carried out to the highest level.
I recomment David and Leisa Geri and the team to everyone, and espeicially single women with limited knowlege for cars, who are sick of getting overcharged elsewhere.
